Clean light keeps blinking and I can't start a new cycle

That is a comon problem with that model. It is not sensing a temperature change in the water.

Push i believe it is heated dry and sani rinse going back and fourth between the two to clear the code and see if you can get it to complete a cycle. If it doesnt call sears and schedule service there is a service flash repair that should not cost you anything to repair the unit.

Diswasher seems to have no power

Check the wall socket that your dishwasher is plugged into. If that's good, then check the wires in the junction box just behind the toe-kick panel (on the right). If that's good, then you have to take the door apart, and look for the thermal fuse attached to the control board or module with a plastic clip. That is probably bad (open). If you need a new thermal fuse, you can check SearsPartsDirect.com, RepairClinic.com, EasyApplianceParts.com, or AppliancePartsPros.com. Kenmorer dishwasher wont start.Lights do not come on.

Of course, theck the power supply the dishwasher is plugged into. The next place to check is the junction box on the bottom of the dishwasher, behind the toe kick panel. If everything is okay there, then it is probably the thermal fuse located inside the door, attached to the dishwasher controller. If you need a new thermal fuse, you can check SearsPartsDirect.com, RepairClinic.com, EasyApplianceParts.com, or AppliancePros.com. Filter doesn't self-clean

hello diane,i would think that unless your model says it is self cleaning then yes it is normal to have to clean the filters on a dish washer. the amount of time between cleans would depend on how dirty your dishes are.

Why won't the door latch?

Make sure the door is not hitting the sides of your cabinet. Also make sure it is not hitting the screws that hold the mounting tabs (located at the top of your dishwasher) to your counter-top. If that's okay, try removing the racks and see if the door will close then. If still no, then you might have a broken latch or bent or broken hinges. Why is my kenmore dishwasher blinking clean?

It's trying to tell you that there is something wrong with your dishwasher. Watch that blinking light.... Does it blink 7 times, pauses, and repeats? Or does it blink 3 times (or some other number). The most common problem is 7 blinks which means "water not heating error". This could be caused by a bad heating element, a bad thermal cutoff, a bad controller. Usually there is a tech-data sheet located on the other side of the toe-kick panel which will explain the meaning of the varius blink codes, but you might still need to call a technician to fix the problem. Don't forget to put that tech data sheet back so he can find it and use it to fix your dishwasher! If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/ronald_e6b9572cebe3ad27

Kenmore undercounter dishwasher quiet guard

Presuming that your circuit breaker is not tripped and you have power to the dishwasher, it appears that your thermo fuse is blown. You can replace it for around $20. It comes in a kit form or you can replace the thermo fuse for around $1. The part number is NTE 8096 Thermo Fuse 98 degrees Celsius and solder it in yourself. It is located on the circuit board that contains all the relays and the main computer chip. It clips on and off.
