It has been done before, but you will violate the safety to do that and anything that happens with this scooter will be your fault! You will need a female electrical part for an XLR Plug to make it so the Male end from the charger will plug in. after wiring the Female connector and plugging the charger in the scooter will run while the charger is plugged in. I have the same problem in mine.. But the beep is continous. Mine is a fortress 2000 AT. anybody knows what's the trouble on this one?

Has the scooter been stored unused for a while? If so, the batteries may have gone solid from improper maintenance. There is a gel inside the batteries that needs to have current run through it at least once a week to keep them fluid. The charger is showing a green light because it senses the batteries are full, but instead of being full of power, they are full of crud and need to be replaced again. If the batteries have been properly charged but you still cannot get power, check all your connections to make sure they are tight and that your fuses are not blown.
