Hi, I have a S646 SE my joystick started flashing yesterday every 5 sec it flashes the w/c icon 3 times and the battery indicator flashes 3 red 4 orange & 1 green. What does this mean?

Most of the time a flash code of 8 means the controller has a fault. but sometimes there maybe a damaged cable connecting the joystick to the controller.Sorry for the bad news.

Rascal 600 volt gauge not working, everything else is fine.

I recommend the 5 amp Charger. Monster Scooter Parts have them.

Rascal 600

Neil wood, the Rascal 600 DOES use an on board charger. What signal is the white wire looking for to make the scooter move is the question. 28v?

Oh this is a classic mistake not laughing at you done it myself, the wires are arranged so that only two of the wires go back to the controller, follow the wires.Very important both leads do not go to the same battery, one goes to one battery say a red one +, the other one say black one goes to the -, the other remaining leads go to there respective colors. the remaining wires should test with a meter should be very low resistance like testing both ends of a single strand of wire.

Charger blew after being repaired

hi, Could have been a dodgy repair ,,, whoever has not replaced all of the faulty components, I offer a free testing service for chargers, you only pay the return postage...(UK only)
