This error indicates that the motor can't start. This could indicate that the motor is bad or the motor control unit has a fault. You mean the 'Drum'? Dryers don't have barrels. If you Google make model replace heater element it will get you to the correct video for that location. Normally, you remove the controls console, remove the lid, remove the door and front panel, remove the belt, remove the rear drum bearing, pull the drum forward and out. Now you have access to the heater cowl.

For most Samsung dryers, d0 error indicates a door latch issue. Either the door latch isn't locking or the door locked message isn't getting to the control board. If the door latch is secure with nothing in the latch area, check the wiring between the latch and the control board. Check that the sensor and individual wires in the wiring harness have continuity. Make sure that there is no corrosion in the wiring harness. (There should be a trouble-shooting sheet inside the dryer with the appropriate resistance and voltage readings for the door latch sensor. Often the sheet is behind the control panel.) The latch may need to be replaced. If the latch, wiring and sensor are good, then the control board may need to be replaced. I hope this helps.
