We had our vent replaced by kitchenaid once and were about to call again and complain since our new one did just the same thing without resolution using the 'H' button as indicated in the manual! Hi ahev you took the unti off the wall as you need to do this to be able to acess the internal electrics of the unit.
Did you fit it on the wall or get somebody else to do it.
Their is three screws holding it to wall one either side and one up towards the top let me know if you understand what im going on about
