My toilet rocks when you sit on it. How to I fix it?
I haven't sat on your toilet, so the rockin' don't come from me! Our grandpa had a habit of slamming his a@@ down on the toilet here at my house, so now it rocks when sat on. The bolts have shifted, or the wax ring was smisshed. If you take off the toilet from the floor, and find out either/or, let me know.

How do you remove side and back jets on tub to clean
I seen two tpyes one where the inter jet unscrew and the other where the outter ring unscrews not sure what kind you have . Went to the pool store and they had a cleaner you add to the water and then run the unit for about 20 minutes then drain . It seem to work pretty good and there was less hassel taking the jets apart

Dont know how to tighten
There is a plastic cap that you need to flip open. You can do this by prying the flap at the top of the hinge. Once you pop it open you will need a screw driver to turn the screw that is inside/underneath the hinges. Turn the screw clockwise until it is good and snug. then snap the hinge cap back into place by applying pressure to it.

Bought a american standard toilet
Actually sounds like trash in the toliet water valve.....or possible that if teflon tape was used to seal threads has been drapped accross inlet threads and caused blockage......Best way to check this is to take supply line loose from toliet and slowly turn water on while pointing the supply into a bucket or something to catch the water and see if the pressure is ok......Then check valve to see if grit or blockage is in the toliet valve.........Depends on valve design to whether or not you will be able to clean....may have to replace toliet valve with new one......hope this helps

Is it leaking on the floor, or just into the bowl.

My urinal is leaking at
There is a rubber gasket between the urinal outlet and the pipe it connects to in the wall.
Pull the bolts holding it to the wall and pull it away carefully.
If it has been siliconed to the way, you'll have to cut it. Swap out the gaskets.
Be careful not to pinch the new gasket.
Ask at your local plumbing supply for the gasket of your particular model. They'll know what your talking about.

The pump will hum, but
If the pump hums and does not pump the water then there is a probability that the pump does not pump. Usually when most pumps spoil they still hum and sound like they are functioning fine but in actual fact they have stopped working. First get the pump checked out if it has water supply intact if the supply of water to the pump is okay then the pump might need replacement or fixing as this means the pump is bad.
Usually due to the cost of replacement pumps most people prefer to fix instead of just replacing, get a trusted expert to help you check if the pump is worth repairing or should just be replaced.
Hope this solution has been helpful?
