I am not familiar with this bike but if you get stuck try looking for a sensor switch on the motor with a wire going to it, i can tell you that Harley Davidsons have a oil pressure switch, if this switch is faulty or the wire has come off than the oil light will come on. The worst scenario is that your motor has no oil pressure which could be serious so untill you find the problem do not ride the bike.

The sensor could be bad. More likely is an oil pump gone bad. Has the oil filter ever been changed? It may be restricting oil flow, thus activating the oil light.

Viewing oil indicator Suzuki Boulevard C90 (2008)

either get a bike lift or centre stand or lean the handlebar against a wall, you will find a spot where it is close to verticle.
leave the side stand down so it cant fall on you if it over balances away from the wall

On a c50t 2006 szuki what kind of oil do you use

Hello, (06' C50 owner here) I switched to Mobil 1 4T 10w 40 Full Synthetic Motorcycle Oil at 5K miles. My reason for doing so was the transmission used to clunk into gear pretty bad with regular MC dino oil. With synthetic oil, shifting is almost smooth as butter!

Oil blowing out of exhaust

Run it out, The oil has collect in the exhaust media and baffles. Iver fill can cause this proble. As long as it has oil in it, run it out (burn it out) If the oil is low when you ck it, and that should be often, Then note it. Valve guide wear is progressive and the engine would smoke. Keep the oil level proper and take it on a mellow ride, no hard throttling. You should see an improvement after about 20 miles down the freewayat 60. Just stay alertand pay attention to the sound of the motor. Good luck and let me know when you get back.
