It is the maximum power the UPS can safely supply when on battery power. You should note the closer to Max power the shorter the UPS will be able to supply power. Time/power are inverse. i.e. as more power is drawn from the batteries, the shorter the time it will be able to supply power.

My 4000 watt champion generator uses a tank of gas in about 2 hrs why is that also today it started to over heat please help

Too much connected load. The 4000 watt rating is only for short term loads. Generally you should not exceed 80% of the rating for long term connected loads.

What is the maximum power rating of this motherboard?

What do you mean, "maximum power rating"? Motherboards have no power of their own, they are powered by a power supply which can vary in watts produced. Motherboards have no "power rating". Your question cannot be answered because it is incorrect.

What is the maximum demand?

Maximum demand is an electrical term/calculation for the most likely amount of power that will be drawn at any one time, not the maximum amount of power that can be drawn.

I Have a 1171 code on a 1999 xc70 volvo and the engine runs real bad no power thanks

The control module receives information from the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) about the fuel/air mixture when idling at both the lower and upper part-load range - If the fuel/air mixture deviates from [lambda]=1 the short-term fuel trim will compensate for this by adjusting injection time so that [lambda]=1 is achieved. When the short-term fuel trim makes an adjustment, the integrator median must be adjusted by the long-term trim. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-261A will be stored when the long-term trim must be adjusted to maximum in the lower part of the load area.

Fender ultra deluxe amp volume max out a number 7 volume control. will not get any louder

It is likely that the amp is flat topped at the 7 setting. When the amp is producing the maximum voltage output it is capable of, that is ALL you can get out of it... The numbers on the dial mean NOTHING and are only relative. If you have high output guitars you might find the maximum might only be 3 on the dial for example...
If you need it louder, get a bigger amp and speakers. You should ALSO get a sound meter and follow OSHA guidelines for sound exposure... I know several musicians that now are nearly deaf because of being exposed to high sound levels... their music careers are now gone as they can no longer hear well enough. You need to protect your hearing for the long term. Great musicians don't need loud, but quality and inovation in their music.

During bootup, the screen shows: 1. server raid-7k on board power-on self test takes up to 60 secones. after 60 seconds, displyed another line shows: status - not responding properly - error-code 2807

It means that your raid is not seeing its drives. Usually after a power failure.

Rebooting the server will fix it in the short term.

To fix it long term you need to update the servers firmware.

Slow internet responses

MTU Means Maximum transmission unit In computer networking, the term Maximum Transmission Unit (MTU) refers to the size (in bytes) of the largest packet that a given layer of a communications protocol can pass onwards. MTU parameters usually appear in association with a communications interface (NIC, serial port, etc.). The MTU may be fixed by standards (as is the case with Ethernet) or decided at connect time (as is usually the case with point-to-point serial links). A higher MTU brings higher bandwidth efficiency. However, large packets can block up a slow interface for some time, increasing the lag for further packets. For example, a 1500 byte packet, the largest allowed by Ethernet at the network layer (and hence most of the Internet), would tie up a 14.4k modem for about one second
