My 98 ultra classic is not getting any spark/fire from my coil to my motor. I changed my coil, I tried changing my relays and still nothing. My bike is a '98 Harley Electra Glide Ultra Classic with fuel injection.

Not too hard - Undo the two bolts on the caliper and then seperate the caliper and pull the old ones out. Insert the new ones and put the bolts back in to hold the caliper back together and then install them back on the bike with the two retaining bolts. Use a bit of lock tight (Blue) on the threads. Warning do not let anyone apply pressure on the brakes while you have them off the bike or you will have a mess and/or a problem.

SOURCE: how to change a swingarm on a harley davidson flhtc

Remove the rear wheel, brakes and shocks. Remove the silver plugs in the center of the passenger footboard mounts. Remove the rear floorboard mounts, and the rubber mounts behind them. Remove the bolt on the left side of the swingarm pivot. Chances are the pivot bolt is rusted in, so you may have to pound it out with a drift. Replace the rubber mounts when you put everything back together.

Check the ignition timing is correct. I see that you have changed the wires so I suggest that you recheck the firing order for the plugs as it is easy to get it wrong when replacing the leads.

My 98 ultra classic won't start how do check if my coil is getting power i already pulled a spark plug wire and checked for spark there is none so i'd like to see if the coil is receving power from...

The coil has two primary connections. One side is the "hot" side and one is the ground side. Take all the wires off both ends and position them so they are not touching anything. Turn the ignition switch on and check the wires for one with battery voltage on it. That wire will be on one post of the primary side of the coil and may have other wires that don't go "hot" when you turn the switch on. That's the wires going to the ignition control box. It gets it's power from the same point that the coil gets it's power.

Bike won`t start.

Your Crank Position Sensor, or Cam Position Sensor is likely to be the problem. If there is no signal from crank position sensor, bike will not fire the coil. ECM has no referance to position of motor. Making timing imposible.
