The ac in my 95 Jetta just works while the car is cool, then it stop

I have a 1995 Jetta gl iii is 4cyl (2.0L).
When the car is cool, I start the AC and it works, after a certain minutes it stop blowing cold air inside the car. I replace first the condenser, and no changes were shown, then I replace the AC compressor and no changes,
after that I replace the expansion valve and still the same problem.
I tought the problem was electrical and I bypass the ac relay, but any way the ac system still stops just before the temp. gauge reach 1/4.
Thanks

Have you tested the AC clutch? does it close and the pump run, if it is not working test the leads to the compressor clutch with the ac on, there should be 12 volts and a ground present.

In addition to what emission wiz says, observe the speed of the fan when you turn on the a/c. some fans, when the are cold they run faster, then they get hot and slow down a lot. Also check that the small belt that drives the second propeller is ok. And for last, check that the front of the radiator is clear of any garbage, like a plastic bag that might have been cought in front of the condenser with the wind. If all this is working properly, there is nothing else that could be happening machanically to this a/c to stop it from cooling. look at the center of the pully of the compresor, make sure the entire thig is spining when clutch engages.

You may not be full of refrigerant... There is a low pressure switch that prevents the AC from actuating the clutch, and the reason is: IF there is not enough refrigerant, you will not be able to move oil through the system and you will have major damage...so no engauge...

Get the system checked, most likely there is a leak somewhere..

95' accord 4cyl quit running suddenly, will not start

Low coolant will make the AC work harder but should not shut the motor off. Start by checking the battery, plugs, plug wires, distributors, fuel filrter, fuel injectors and idle air control valve.

MY 95 Jetta's AC is cooling just fine, but the air wont come out of my Upper vents, jsut the floor. What do I need to fix/replace?

There is a flapper door in the vents on your dash. It sounds like something is cathcing these doors. The only problem is that this is a pain in the neck to get to to resolve.

Stalls, hard start in rain

Could be the ignition coil. But try a new distributor cap and rotor first; it will run you only about $20 to $25. I just went through this with my 1995 Jetta III GL. If the cap and rotor don't work, pull off the ignition coil and bring it to Auto Zone and they can test the coil with a multimeter for proper resistance, free of charge.

Cooling fans, radiator fans do not work anymore

Yes, there should be a fan motor. There should be a wiring harness in the middle of the fan assembly. This is the power for the fan motor.
