My instrument panel lights and my driving tail lights are all out. At first, my blinker stopped working, but when I went to turn my fog lights on, the instrument panel went dark and so did my tail lights. My blinkers work now, and so do my brake lights. My high beams do not work and neither do my tail lights. Could this be a problem with a bad wire in the steering column where my blinker lever is located? Anyway, I cannot drive at night due to the danger of not having tail lights.

That is a mess and points to nothing in particular, perhaps a communication issue with the BCM?

Tail lights do not work, blinkers work, brakes work, but tail lights do not. This happened when I hauled my boat home, so I disconnected the trailer light harrness and they still don't work, fuses are...

I bet you missed a fuse. Your tail lamps are protected by fuse #9 in the instrument panel fuse block. It is a 20 Amp fuse and is marked "PARK LPS".

99 gmc denali dash light, parking lights, tail lights, and dash light dont work. Interior lights, brake lights, blinkers, headlights work Turning on the headlight switch blows number 15 drl-fog fuse...

You have a short to ground somewhere in the drl-fog lamp circuit. Check for obvious wiring connector or wiring to drl & fog lamps. check wiring for pinched or broken wires coming from sockets. If you don't find problem, you can trace wiring from lamps to main harnesses and hopefully find source of short.
hope this helps.

My tail lights and the lights on my instrument panel went out.

The first thing is check your manual for fuse locations, then check all the fuses. because if all the fuses are good then its a wire harness problem
and you will either have to take it to a dealer or a shop that specializes
in electrical.

No sidelights working

The 15 amp TAIL fuse is for the sidemarkers, the license plate, etc. There is a taillamp relay.
Both of these circuits are powered by the 50 amp AM1 fuse.

The fog lights are powered by the 15 amp FR FOG fuse.

The inst panel is powered by 3 fuses: 7.5 amp GAUGE, 15 amp DOME and 7.5 ECU-B.

Please check all of these, and if they are all good, please get back to me for more info.
Hope this helps.
