Air con/climate control

warmth comes from the heater in the car
if it is climate control check the climate control module
check for heater control in the vent settings as the hot water tap may not be turning on

Blend door issue? Is there air blowing any where else like floor or at your feet? I would start there. If you have air elsewhere, then your issue is blend door. May sure the flow of air moves as you change the setting.

check emissions vacuum for disconnected lines as most climate controls use vacuum baffles for air flow..

could be an air lock in the heater rad, back flush with a hose to clear.

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

I had a similar problem with my 2003 intrepid. The problem turned out to be the control panel. I went to a salvage yard and got one.

the damper or flapper ibside the heater box is not moving. If they are vaccum actuated could be lack of vaccum or bad diafram in the actuator...replace

sounds like the blend door motro may be bad, this motor is screwed to heater box, there are a few of these motors one for pass/side for hot/cold air then one to control position of air like defrost or vent or floor, then the driverside cold/hot air, i think this motor is on driverside part of heater box, to make sure locate each motor while moving all controls until you spot the one that doesnt move, then remove it and move door manualy to see if you get heat, then replace that motor, hope this helps,

it might be the heater core, it can become clogged with engine debrie. the heater core is just like a small radiator the just passes anitfreeze in it and air passes throught it, that is how the air warms up

i have the same problem.cold air comes out the dash then cuts off to the floor then cuts off to the defrost.the rear vent only blow out hot air.please help me to
