Hello,

Ensure the battery conection is good...clean the battery conection thouroghly and re-connect. If you have a volt/Ohm meter, the resistance between the post and the terminal, should be less than 5 Ohm's.

On another note; the POS battery terminal is also the input to the ECM...a bad connection could eventully cause a check engine light and can also cause a total intermittent electrical failure (symtoms would be a bump that could occur two or three times in a five mile trip and not be consistant; meaning the same trip the bump might happen seven times...or not at all),

Thanks for trying Fixya.com

All of a sudden started running rough ,showing code p0300 on 2005 buick lesabre custom 3.8l

"Basically this P0300 code means that the the car's computer has detected that not all of the engine's cylinders are firing properly. A P0300 diagnostic code indicates a random or multiple misfire. If the last digit is a number other than zero, it corresponds to the cylinder number that is misfiring."

I am getting 3 codes, p0300, p0339, and p0700. I have a 2010 Chrysler Sebring, what could these 3 codes mean together?

Crank position sensor fail, random cylinder misfire, and transmission fault.

Have battery and charging system tested. If battery and alternator nominal, then likely the crank position sensor is at fault or crank position sensor wiring.

The transmission fault could be from inconsistent engine RPMs due to severe random misfires.

Has p0300 code misfire cyl 2 and 3

If it was just cylinder 2 or 3, the code would be 0302 or 0303. Instead, you have random misfires (probably) such that you should be checking things that affect the whole engine. Vacuum leaks, bad plug wires, bad coil(s) or ignition module are most likely, but even clogged exhaust, O2 sensors and bad battery can cause these problems. Yes, a battery can be good enough to start your car but still be bad enough to affect performance. If I had to guess, I would start by testing the ignition module. Most parts stores can test this if you remove it and carry it to them.

I have a 2000 RX300 that all of a sudden started throwing codes P0300, P0305 and P0306 and at the same time the transmision would not shift into high gear. I know what the codes mean but can cylinder...

It can if the misfire is bad enough. 300 tells you that you have a random misfire, 305 tells you misfire on cylinder 5, and 306 misfire on cylinder 6. Correct these and your vehicle should improve, however I would check the codes once again after this issue is corrected to determine if another DTC code was missed.

All of the sudden my check engine light, my VSC light, and my TRAC OFF light came on. Any thoughts?

You need to have the ecm scanned for codes. The VSC and TRAC OFF lights are one just because the Check engine light is on. Once you clear the code in the ecm they will go off too.
