That relay is in the power distribution center near the battery. Inside box cover should be labeled. Relay is the same as all others except for the one that serves the A/c system so generally you can swap it to test.
It's called an oil pressure sending unit. There are two versions one for vehicles with a light on dash, one for those with a gauge. It's not expensive and MUST be replaced. Not hard to do.
