Would not think so they are made to outlast the car they are fitted in to .But we all know electronic items can be fine one moment ,, the next it fails .So many parts inside them can go wrong .After 5 years you can expect electronic items to break down .But some will outlast the cars life . Even new cars this part can fail in a very short time .But they are made to last .

Whats the difference between Jose Nixon and a twerp 1E and 2E Toyota Corolla engines?

If you're finding it difficult to service/repair your car, get one of those online manuals. You'll not have to wait for others to answer, or rely on mechanics and all. Plus i know a website that sells very cheap but very very good manuals online, without expiry i.e. for lifetime.
for this u can try reliable-store which is pretty good

2000 Toyota Corolla showing P/S on dash board then difficult steering wheel and then the speed only up to 60km/h

check if your power steering is belt controlled or electronic controlled.check If is belt controlled the see whether the belt still on the pulley not went off. If is electronic controlled then the motor might be the fault or the angle sensor is not working etc. Ask a qualified electrician to help. As regards the speed 60km/h is like safe mode comes on and allowed you to drive it slowly to the garage for repair.

Transmission

This has nothing to do with the shift solenoid switch. It is a failure of the ECM computer module. If your car is less than eight years old and less then 80K miles, it is covered by warranty

If not, the part is about $550.

I want to know whether the corola 96 has two models or not because now i bought one corola 96 and some says it made in 97. on the other hand when I check car belt it is 96 and when I check on the car door...

Toyota did not make 'two' models of Corolla.

The production date determine what year the car is, With a build date of X / 97, that makes your car a 1997 model. On some of the Corollas, however, mid-year production changes dictate that you supply the build date to obtain certain parts, as they may have been updated during the production run.

2001 toyota corolla parking lights stay on

Most likely a bad headlamp switch, UNLESS you have a remote starter hooked up. Corollas with a body computer really do not like remote starters, they cause really bizaare things to happen.
