Dash lights are complicated as power is supplied by a ribbon cable that also does other features. Check the Light Dimmer wheel first as that is the main reason for having no dash lights..

look in the fuse block, driver's side, forward corner of engine bay under the hood. I think the lid on the little box has the diagram underneath it, to locate the alternator fuse. Check all your fuses there, too. I think the small plug-in connector with two wires on the alternator would be for the voltage regulator, wouldn't it?
there are a couple of more fuse in some cases, there is and inline fuse at the back of the radio, and an internal fuse, you can try them hope this helps

ther is an electric solenoid in the shifter the fuse may have blown but if you have ever spilled anything sweet ,soda juice etc it will get sticky and gum up not letting it operate as designed check fuses first, if fuse is good then go to solenoid
