My C250D loom that comes to the injector pump had a short so I only feed 2 wires on the solenoid and left the other 2 wires not connected, can it be a reason why it not starting

I would look for a loose wire around the fuel pump, something is shorting it out. Sorry I couldnt do better, but thats a start anyway.Good Luck

there is i fuse for the injectors 1 wire feeds all 6 it is 12 volts there are 6 wires leave the ecm and feed the pulsation of that injector when its needed . if injectors dont work check fuse first the wires from ecm to wire loom to injectors
