Ignition switch starts truck fine but occasionally it won't start and I hear a clicking of a relay behind the passenger kick panel and with a rapid on off switching of the ignition switch eventually it starts it and it's good for a few days and then I hear the relay clicking as I turn the ignition switch again. This sound of a relay working is behind the passenger side kick panel. I can roll the truck 6" and step on brake and push the clutch in and it starts every time! A rapid switching of the ignition switch makes the starter catch and it starts. I replaced the starter and did not change it, so I put old starter back in. Could this relay clicking behind the kick panel as I activate the ignition switch be related to the start problem causing the starter to not start the engine. The battery is brand new, but with a voltage test in the trouble non start mode, only 8.25 volts shows going to starter when this non start problem is occurring
