Where are the fuse panel's located?

You can access the fuse panel through the steering column lower opening. Remove the cover using the quick release fasteners. 2. On the fuse panel cover, find the number of the fuse you want to check. The diagram on the cover tells you where to locate the fuse on the panel. 3. Check the fuse to see if it is blown. Look through the clear side of the fuse to see if the metal wire inside is separated. If it is, the fuse is blown and should be replaced. What confused me about the PT when I first got one is that, unlike other cars I had owned, there are fuses in two locations - under the dash and under the hood. I am making a wild guess that you have checked for a bad fuse in one of those locations and have overlooked the other. If you are changing a dash fuse, the access panel cover (by the driver's knee) has a diagram molded onto the back side of it. If you are changing one of the fuse/relays under the hood (square black box next to the air cleaner), the power distribution panel's cover has a diagram printed or molded inside it as well. Each diagram is only for the fuses/relays under that particular cover. The diagrams are plentiful and easy to find with a Google search, so I won't post any links. Good luck!

Find the fuse from the car manula and replace it. the fuses are usually under the steering wheel.

Instead of wasting time searching for the exact location, why not just remove each fuse 1 by 1, and replacing them as you go so you don't mix them up. If you have any blown fuses, you will find it in under 30 seconds. If you don't know the difference between a good vs blown fuse, ill post a picture to help you identify.

The fuse for the A/C clutch is located in the passenger compartment fuse panel. The thing is however, if the fuse was blown it would not only effect the A/C but also the blower motor, turn signals, backup lamps and a few other things. The fuse is in the number 23 position if you still need to check (see diagram of fuses below). There is an A/C relay that may be the problem also. That relay is located in the engine compartment use panel located on the drivers side under the hood. That relay is in the R3 position and should be black in color (see 2nd diagram of fuses below). It could possibly be a blown fuse, just find the fuse access panel under the dash,on the inside of panel should be a diagram that will help you locate the cigar lighter.If blown replace. If it is not blown, you may need to replace cigar lighter.

Probably a bad motor unless the assembly is missing, the window fuse is actually above the fuse panel by the pedals, so above that left kick panel. It is a 40 and it is pink.

Check for a blown fuse(s). Fuse box should be somewhere around the steering wheel.
