Passenger side windshield wiper doesn't move on my 2000 Explorer 2 dr 4wd 4x4 Sport. The driver side still works fine, but no action at all on the passenger side. No sound that I can hear even. I've tried to tighten the 1 inch and a halfish plastic ''bolt'' (can't effin believe that's a car part) that connects the wiper to the top of the car and had nothing happen, and now I can't seem to loosen it either. If anyone has a solution I'd declare you pure genius and be forever greatful.

any idea how much that's going to cost?
Can you/did you see pivot under arm where it mounts moving?
