That symptom is typical of a bad chassis ground connection. You will need to remove the instrument cluster and check all connections, cleaning all connections to chassis ground.
You will probably need to replace the brake lines. You should do this soon as the constant pressure will cause the rotor to heat warp. You should replace both brake lines to prevent future problems.
