I have a 5.0 in a 89 lincoln signature series and they say it has a 3.8. I am looking for a fuel pump and they keep giving me the wrong one. Saying that it is a 3.8 and they didn't put a 5.0 in an 89.
Yes it is a town car signature series. That is what I told them. I guess they were looking at just a Lincoln. Thanks alotYes it is a town car signature series. That is what I told them. I guess they were looking at just a Lincoln. Thanks alot

Sadly, there is no way to turn the light off. I had the air suspension on my Lincoln replaced with the spring kit, and the light is still on. I had a friend take the instrument panel apart and place a small piece of electrical tape over the "check suspension" light. Also, be certain to turn the air suspension pump switch off. It is located in the trunk on the right side.
I would check the fuel pump and fuel filter. Is your check engine light on? Do an OBD 2 scan to see if any codes come up. It could be your input or ouput sensor has gone bad. So once you do the OBD scan, you can then plot your next course of action
