I am trying to remove the rear seats in a Mitsubishi 380 sedan to put on seat covers, how is this done?

The fuel pump is not under the back seat.but if you still wanyt t remove it just look beteen the seat and the floor carpet the is a little piece of flat metal sticking out, use a pliers or vise grip to hold it and pull forward while push the seat up at the same time. Mine was a little stiff but it did come out.

You can remove your rear seat cushions if you place your hand under the seat cushion you should be able to feel a hook. lift the seat up a little bit and you should be able to release the hook.

there is a small push in clip at the bottom of one of the small chrome shafts. you push it in while you pull the head rest up.

you pull up on each side of lower seat, it will pop up on each side.after removing that you will need to unbolt the backs at the bottom of seatbacks and then you need to push up to unhook the top of seatback and that should do it.

the bottom of the rear seat pulls straight up at the front and out. its pretty tight, you need to pull very firmly.
