Would like to know where the o2sensor/bank1sensor2 is located on 1999 rav4

It should be located behind the glovebox. Once you remove the glovebox there could be a platic cap like a protector in front. Or behind the center console on the floor. Those are the 2 only places i know it has to be

Fusible Link 35 but is cover a lot more than the Heater.

LOCATIONS There are different locations in the exhaust system where O2sensors are positioned. The locations have been given numbers and will be used in the accompanying charts to identify the positions of O2sensors in most vehicles. Due to mid-year production changes or factory inconsistencies, all models may not be covered. If a vehicle being serviced is not covered in the charts, inspect the exhaust system (while cold!) in the general locations to find the applicable O2sensors. NOTE: If equipped with dual exhaust systems, there may be up to 4 or 5 O2sensors in the exhaust system. Be sure to locate all of them before commencing with any testing or service. k first of all make sure your alternator is still good(mine was changed at 240 000km( )rav4 1999) to know if its on the verge of maintaining your batt charge while engine on disconnect the negative on the batt & if you see its starting to choke or the lights are loosing brightness its a alternator problem do to the fact only he is maintaining the rav4 on. after chek the battery it might be do to the fact the alternator was abusing it while draining it all the time . good luck.

Service due every 3750 miles. interavls requiring major maintenance fall on 15k 30k 45k 60k 90k and so on ....or months which every occur first.

The air fuel ratio sensor is located in the exhaust manifold before the convertor. It looks like a o2 sensor.
