Dashboard indicator light

You blew a fuse. The can fail spontaneously after a long time. Check your Owners manual for the fuse assignment, or pull the fused one at a time and test them for continuity, I'd check interior fuses 10, 14 and 19,and underhood 22

Look on page 215 of your owners manual and it lists out most of the information you are requesting. the B signifies an oil change and several other inspections of the vehicle. The 2 indicates replacement of air filters and inspect drive belts. the 1 indicates a tire rotation. The 5 indicates coolant replacement. The 8 has me confused. Make sure that it is not another number like a 3 or a 4.

CHECK COOLENT LEVEL .

are ALL the dash lights out or just speedometer. Radio ect. OK??? is the dimmer control turned off? there may be a fuse for that, ck the owners manual to check which fuse to check.
