The location of Saturn SC2 ( 1993 ) is :-

Under hood, driver side, side of strut tower, mounted on tower in fuel line

I've had to jump start mine before too.

Just compare it with the other side.

po706 means there is a problem with the trany range switch,

check for spark, fuel pump will not work if there is no spark

window replacement can be very dangerous, if it is electric i would suggest that you get it done at a glass shop, if not it is only a matter of removing the door panel you willhave to crank the window up or down to locate the bolts hat hold it in place, do not remove the mechanism, install the new window and check it for alignement, its a godd idea to lube up movin parts while in there

the pcv valve is on top of the cam cover,,,,there is a black hose coming off it going into the intake manifold,,that black hose on the cam cover take it off,,under there is the pcv valve just pull it out and put the new in

well either you have a loose input shaft end nut inside the trans,which is about $500 to fix or you have a bad valve body in the trans which is about $1000 to fix or if you get lucky you got a bad pressure control solenoid,this would give you a very hard shift and bang into every gear and reverse gthats about $300 to fix. but your gonna have to take it to saturn to figure out which one it is,these local trans shops have no idea what they are doing

The key is to locate the Bosch type relay.

It's a simply SPST 12V relay.

The alarm install like to hid it so it will prevent a car theft to by pass the relay.

Most likely it's on a female socket. The relay may be sitting off center,

THE KEY IS to find this black square relay.

its either the power window switch or the power window motor, disoconnect the power window motor in the door and check to see if you got power and ground at the connector when you press the switch,,could be either,,,both are common

you either got a loose end nut in trans $500
a bad valve body in trans $1000
or a bad trans $3000
or could be both the first to items i listed as a combination

Visit your local you-pull-it junk yard to get the harness. It is hard to say how long it will take. It depends on your skills, tools, environment, etc.

That is the PCV valve.

It can be transmission shift solenoids located inside the gear box had blown, or a fault transmission control module.
To find out the fault go to the nearest garage and ask them to pull out the error codes. I think this service is free at Autozone.
If the problem is transmission shift solenoids, then it is repaired opening gear box, testing solenoids and replacing them. If you get a specific error code you do not need to test. If problem is TCM (transmission control module) just replace it.
Error codes related to transmission will start with P07.

You may also have lights on dash for engine, TCS and ABS. I had to replace the electronic control brake module (EBCM). New $2000 Cdn, used-$300 for my 2000 Caterra Sport. Also you can have it repaired at modulemasters.com for $160 US.
