(lost fueling, lost all spark, or lost 12v power to ECU, or horrible lost engine compression.not doing valve lash at 60k, invites burned to crisp exhaust valves.and stalls hot.btwits all herealldata dot com.

you forgot to say where you found this object.my wild guess. is deep in side the alternator.and mine is sold at, SUZUKIbut if your old car has a rebuilt alternator. and is not originalas most are by now. after 16 long years of service?if that is the case, ?1: stated the maker of the alternator.2: state the model number of the alternator.3: then buy parts for THAT alternator.in that order. no other order works.or replace the whole alternator with a rebuilt.on my 97 it had a Hitachi ALT.and if still stock Suzuki with Hitachi, does still have internal parts.but due to age , the delivery time is very long from a far away warehouse,if you need internal part, fess up brand and pn, of ALT and wecan get any part for any alt. lots of makes and models there are.

check your Fuel Pump fuse. and all other fuses.Should be about where left knee is (maybe a little to left of left knee) when sitting in drivers seat (under dash). There is another one with all the big fuses under hood on driver's side next to fender .

nice posted symptoms.all suzuki engines use 1 of 2 ways to measure air flow in to the engine.3 engines used, 1.0L , 1.3L and 1.3L 16v , each have a different EFI system.no matter, as scan tool will show you if the air flow reading are wrong.the first low power, check is fuel pressure, if not at spec, say at 10psi (low)then there will be no power. if the engine you have has a MAF sensor and is dead, that will cause limphome and low power. the first check is, keyon, check engine light, is it on ?yes/no?if lamp glows key on, but does not go out running , then the ECU has stored, errors. in the memory, DTC memory, you need a scan toolto find this error. they cost $50 or have a shop scan it .

check the BACK fuse. there should be power on the yellow wire at the switch. this is power from the BACK fuse. power then goes through the hazard switch, then to the flasher, and then back to the switch.do the four way flashers work? The Same FUSE works BOTH, Replace the Hazard Flasher and you will get your Turn Signals back. This is a very common problem with GM.If it does not fix the problem, then you have an issue with either Wiring, Fuse, or Switch itself
