Most often, access to the trunk is achieved by folding the rear seat down. If not, remove the seat and you'll have access to the trunk area. If access isn't a problem, get yourself a plastic panel removal tool set from parts store and make sure it's not cold when you remove the panels as they'll be more likely to break from being brittle from the cold. A flashing check engine light means that your vehicle is having a catalytic converter damaging misfire ! Spark plug problem , coil , ignition module , injector breaking down electrically un a load . try cleaning the IACV (idle control valve) they often get dirty over time and stick cause odd idle issues, also verify distrubutor cap and rotor and wires to spark plugs

1981 to 2000 do not have security chips installed in the ignition key.

Shift solenoids or pressure control solenoids. There are 2 shift and 2 pressure solenoids. I replace them all.

Cold misfire could be due to the following reasons: - Ignition timing too late. - Spark plugs gap too wide. - Faulty spark plug wires or distributor assembly. - Weak engine compression, or valve clearance too low. - Leakage in the vacuum hose or intake manifold. - PCV valve faulty.

Check you're starter connections

have you checked the timing belt, it may have jumped time. is it getting gas into the cylinders, are you loosing spark.

Hi Valentin: I would be very surprised if Honda would fix a 15 year old vehicle for free. It sounds as if you have transmission problems that will only get worse if they are not looked after. Do you have a mechanic friend that could have a look at it for you? It may also be that a local auto salvage company would have a transmissiion available at a reasonable price.

I am not sure I understand your question. But frequently problems of lights that work when you are intending to use other lights is related to a poor connection between the light bulb and the socket. Other times you need to make sure that the lights that you intend to work have a good ground connection. See if this helps, but it would help if you clarify your question .

You need to find someone who has and knows how to read a voltmeter and make sure the ig relay is being activated by the ig switch and go from there.

Check the starter? Its only a 1.6 should be hard to crank... mabey a pully is siezed up?
