I have a 99 ford mustang I know it needs an Egr
First when was the engine tuned up last ? is it using oil ? How many miles are on the engine. The knock you are hearing is it up top or louder under the car. Need more information. you could spin the oil filter off and cut it apart and see whats on the paper part of the filter. if there are metal flakes then you have something failing inside the engine. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

I parked my 1991 Ford Mustang 5.0 for the night
Reset the inertia sensor. This part is a safety switch to prevent fires in collisions. The downfall is that shutting a door or trunk-lid can sometimes activate this feature. It is a simple device using a magnetic ball to connect the power to the fuel pump. Most are mounted in the trunk and have a reset button to press.

Not power fuse panel
Check all the fuse links under the hood. Get a manual for your car at an auto parts store for the locations of them.

Mustang with no acceleration
I'd start with the mass air flow sensor as your friends have pointed out. This is the first link in what could be the cause of lack of air flow, or a lean/rich fuel mix sensing issue. Your catalytic converter would be the next check I'd make. If your running rich, the converter will plug up or the O2 sensor may be affected and then the car will be shaking and loss of acceleration is often a result.

Starter won't disengage
The starter solenoid is most likely shorted. Located close to battery and positive cable goes to it.

Turn lights
The side that is not blinking has a burned bulb, or ground short in the bulb socket. Set the side that will not blink. Look at the bulbs to see which is not lighting. Change the bulb.

On a mustang 1991 turn light
1991-1993 Mustangs are bad for this problem. It is usually a flasher unit problem. There are 2 flasher units. One is under the dash on the driver's side and the other is behind the dash between the glovebox and the radio (you can get to this one if you push the sides of the glovebox in and open it all the way out). Usually it is this flasher unit that causes this problem but you might have to change them both. Also, try this first before changing the flasher(s) - Try pushing the emergency flasher button on and off several times because it might not be making good contact. Good luck !!

Transmission problems
could be the control module . many of the fords have them that bolt on the outside of the tranny .......check local parts house for replacement part, and they should be able to tell you how it goes on...... otherwise , aamco , can test the tranny to see if it's more serious issue.....

When i start tne car it dies
did you replace the distributer lately? if so it could be in the wrong position. check the firing order for the plugs first. the hard way is to take the number one plug out. hold your finger over the hole and have someone "bump" until you feel air push on your finger. then check timing mark on the pulley in front of the engine. should be a marker there and a line on where it should be. Make sure distributer is out when doing this. when the timing mark is before the maker. insert distributer with the rotor facing to the number one plug position. attach plug wires. replace number one plug. and then try to start. if it runs rough just twist the distributer until it runs at its best.

Why dont my fuel injectors pulsate on my 1991 ford mustang lx 5.0
The firing order is shown below from Jeff back in April 2011. The order is 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 and cylinder one is front passenger side of engine.I would agree with the person who answered your question earlier, all of the injectors are powered by the same red wire, half of them are grounded on one circuit and the other half on a second circuit. Both circuits come from the computer. So if you have spark the ignition module is working, which would point to the computer being the problem.
