Assuming there are not any codes. I would lean toward issue with the distributor.

Still sounds like there is a fuel issue. I would check the obvious. Check the Air filter and fuel filter and water seperator. Debris could have gotten into the new injector, which also could have upset the other injector. Get the exact code from the dealer your truck experianced.

Hello. katienjoe. the fuel line from the filter to the fuel rail has a restrictor in the line its at the fitting at the rail. the opening messures 3/16 of a inch. so loaded it doesn't pull above 50 mph. you can change the line I did on mine the hot rod shops can supply what you need.

SOURCE: ruff idle on my 2001 for taurus. At higher rpms it runs fine.

It is most likely you wheel alignment (costs about 20 bucks to have your wheels aligned) or try checking the tire Pressure to make sure they're all even maybe hope this helps

How will I adjust the rev of carburetor when aircon is on?

you don't adjust the idle for any accessories
The idle is set for smooth running of the engine( normally 750-900 rpms with a drop of 200-300 rpms with an ac running so set the idle at the upper rpms and it will still be smooth when the ac is on without affecting gear engagement
your problem I take it is that when the ac cuts in the idle rpms drops and makes the engine run rough
This is normal as the ac compressor takes up to 5 hp to drive it
what you need is an electric controlled vacuum pot connected to the accelerator lever so that when you switch on the ac the power to the ac clutch energizes the pot and vacuum pulls the accelerator lever to maintain the set idle rpms
such an item is found on most early carby operated engines

Why are all these codes being thrown in my Dodge w250?

What year is it? Your symtoms suggest oil contamination from bad fuel pressure regulator.

Engine idle is not always smooth, lights also flicker a bit when not idling smoothly

sounds like you loosing battery voltage. its probably your alternator not charging at low rpms. have a alternator tested.

Poor fuel mileage; sluggish possible mis fire idle has very low rpms no indication of check engine light at higher speeds freeway speeds runs good but poor fuel economy wheres the power?

Could be a lot of things, but if you have not replaced the air intake plenum gasket, this could be causing some of the issue. Spraying corborator cleaner around the gasket with the engine running should cause the engine to smooth out for a short period of time - just a diagnostic.

The car runs then when you get to stop light it shuts down then you can start it just when the rpm is low it shuts off

The most common problem with stalling due to low rpms is the idle air control valve. this valve is what controls the idle and keeps the engine at the correct idle this is the first thing i would check and also make sure the throtlebody is clean, most of these type of problems are due to that valve good luck.

Running roug at low idle, smooths out at 2500 rpms

change plug and wire if its been a while most cars have 90000 miles platinum plugs in them.but the wires wear before plugs.so change plugs and wires.+clean fuel injectors .change fuel filter and air filter.if car still run rough your idling to low.have idling check .

Engine stalls or quits running upon excelerating

There is an idle air control valve that controls the idle rpm, which causes the nice smooth idle. When they go bad, it won't idle, jumping from hi rpms to low enough to cause the car to die. The ones that I've replaced were easy to access and replace, usually on the intake manifold area. This will also give you a check engine light. Beyond this, has the engine had a good tune up lately? To check this correctly you should check fuel pressure coming from the pump, check spark coming from distributor. Good luck. Colin
