1. From the top of the vehicle loosen pivot bolt Power Steering Belt Adjustment
2. From under the vehicle loosen the locking bolts F and G
3. Install the belt. Adjust belt tension with 1/2 in. breaker bar installed in adjusting bracket Power Steering Belt Adjustment
4. Tighten locking bolt G to 28 N·m (250 in. lbs.)
5. Tighten locking bolt F and the pivot bolt to 54 N·m (40 ft. lbs.)

This pic is of a door panel retainer that hold the panel onto the inner door frame. They are typically placed on the sides and bottom of the door panel. The top of the door panel slides downward into a channel on the top of the door frame. The first step is to locate all screws on the door panel and remove them. Usually the screws are in the door handle to hold the handle in place. Look for other locations for screws. SOmetimes the screws have button covers that hide the screw head. After all screws are out , take a wide blade screw driver or you can purchase a tool for door panel removal, and insert the screw driver inbetween the panel and the door, and pry these fasteners out all around the panel. Once the panel is free on the side and bottom, lift up on the panel to disengage it from the top channel. Be careful of the wiring behind the panel. You may have to unplug the wire connectors to remove the panel further. These panel fasteners become brittle and may break when they are popped out. They are avaiable at auto parts stores. Just take one with you to match up, since there are several differnt sizes.

Check your battery connections or line going to the battery.

Probably the gear selector switch on the transmission. You might try cranking it in neutral. The switch prevents you from cranking the engine in drive or reverse and also turns the backup lights on.

some times headlamp units have a plastic retaining clip on the underside of headlamp, does the headlight move from side to side? try to pull the headlight back from the top of unit then lift up the headlamp unit, if not it could be the headlamp adjusters holding unit in place.

it sounds like throttle postion sensor

Replace the hazard light relay, its the one beside the signal light relay.
