I'm 50 yr old - black male, on high blood meds. My blood pressure is 111/69. Is that a issue? Nope. 120/80 is normal values. It is actually a hair low.

69, so it sounds OK. If you want to know more ask your doctor for a HbA1c blood test. The doc will know what you mean. It is a sort of 3 month average blood glucose reading, which is more meaningful.
