I called 1-800-798-7398 and they posted a copy of my model EP90 food processor with blender manual to my e-mail. I had tryed having them mail me a printed copy,but kept getting a spanish printed one. Hope this helps anyone needing manuals from them!

I had the same problem. I noticed that the bowl has to be on and locked in for anything to work. THE MAIN issue though is that the piece from the lid slides in to turn an actuator. well it doesn't turn it far enough to engage it. so all you have to do is add something to the turning actuator to give it that extra 5 degrees to turn on. This is not an official fix. Just a quick fix. I will be leaving it there forever. So the problem is not power or anything electrical. it is the mechanical turning of that piece that is the culprit.

I have a Bravetti EP 199, and I have the same problem. I can not get it to start. It is dead. Cold dead. Do I understand you posted your problem since Nov. 18, and you are waiting to get help?
