READ THIS FIRST BEFORE DOING ANYTHING. Pull out middle section, then remove the mid section by pulling the big handles. Now on the left side of the unit is the Transfer belt, on the same side inside the machine across from the belt is a assy. which has three sensors on it, there are covered bye metal shield each it its own solenoid. You going the clean the sensor HOW??? from the right side of the machine stick you arm inside the and take clean rag and gentle raise and clean each sensor bet gentle see the springs on the shield do not want to have them fall off. DO NOT I mean DO NOT PLACE ANY PRESSURE WHAT SO VERY ON THE FOUR SHAFT IN SIDE THE MACHINE YOU BEND THE SHAFT EVEN SLIGHTLY throw away the hole machine because it will cost you a lot of money those fore shaft are what the drums ride ON. Then run gradation adjustment. If this does not work when was the last time a full PM was done? Might have to have the Transfer belt cleaning blade assy. cleaned, ore worse case the Registration Assy. that is what the three sensor are sitting on. is bad.

Is anyone else having problems getting Konica to stand behind its products.
SOURCE: bizhub 350 error code
c3852 means low fuser(hot section) temp setting. hold down utility or stop key, then you should be abel to do trouble reset. if problem persist it would most likely be a lamp or a sensor, which will require a technician to come out.
