check the flag that hangs down as the paper is exiting printer.... sometimes the flag gets stuck in the up position..(causing the printer to think there's a big stack of paper needed to be taken off the machine

Sir/Mam, Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle be careful the hole might be on the bottom toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the front cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner correctly. If THE KUNB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in that KUNB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle if it damage you get a code. If this does not work you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad
