no. network card is under the scanner section. your network connection is on the right side of the machine below the scanner section but above the section that opens for the duplexer and right side door.

Sir/Mam,
Have you had the developer and drum replaced recently, or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? There are certain house chores the copier does before "Ready to Copy" it is waiting for them to get done, so that equals "Please Wait". One big item is making sure the developer and toner are properly mixed inside the image unit underneath the drum or next to it depending on the series. Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure/Developer Charge, and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8/Developer Charge. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum.

Power off the machine. Then remove the toner bottle, be careful the hole might be on the bottom and the toner is going to go everywhere. Then close the toner cover and turn on the machine. Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work, you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad.

Sir, the toner bottle motor assy. needs to be replaced. will take quite a bit of work to get to, recommended a service tech qualified on Biz hub 350. This series is well known for the toner bottle assy. fault as is the di3510 series prior to the Bizhub 200/300 series.

Check behind the tray any paper stuck back there? Try swapping the paper from portrait to landscape or vise versa.

Power off the machine including the one inside the machine. Now with the machine completely off turn on the sub power switch that's one near the control panel, now hold down the Utiltiy/Counter switch and turn on the main power switch then close door keep you finger on the counter button when the screen shows trouble reset touch it goes to OK then power off wait ten seconds before power on. If it comes back get a tech to look at it do not reset because you are dealing with fuser the hot part could catch on fire and that would ruin a perfectly good day.
