Hi

Go to control panel on your computer, then go to printers and other hardware or printers and faxes, right click on epson icon and left click on resume printing, or you can cancel the document then when it says 0 and ready as status, try printing again.

Hope this helps

2) Try to Pause the printer and then delete the items in the que
3) If this doesn't help Delete the printer and re-install it.

Open the Start menu and click on 'Printers and Faxes' or Control Panel>Printers in Windows 7. Right-click on the printer and click 'Open', this will display the print qeue, you can right click on print jobs and cancel them, pause them, or restart them.

I have a LARGE doc in que and cannot cancel it out. Even tried unplugging and disconeccting the printer but it still continues printing when re-connected.

Try stopping the Print Spooler service in the computer. After that u will be able to remove the print queue. U can also try to reset the cache memory in the printer.

Hi ya, Im trying to print off a document but it's telling me that the printer is Paused!!!! What does this mean?? I've just tried the printer in on a diffrent computer and it printed off a doc no problem...

in the tray on the bottom right portion of your screen look for a printer icon click on it and a printer options window will appear. In there you should see atleast one printer spool and it should say paused. High light all current actions in the printer spool and cancel them. This should fix your problem.

Printing status frozen and won't delete or print

Have you tried unpluging your printer from the computer as well as unpluging the printer from the electrical? If that doesn't work you should start from scratch... that is remove the printer from the computer memory, delete it, turn off the computer, turn on the computer and go through the installation process as if you just purchased the printer. Barring any mechanical problems as in jams or the such, the printer should return to operational status.

Compaq a1500 printing probs

ok you might have tried printing a doc/app out earlier and it might have failed so while you trying to print out this present app/doc the printer still might be focused on that failed or it might be confused. Now to stop this follow these instructions. Go to the start bar click control panel. Then once that window pops up ( control panel ) click printers and other hardware. Then once that window pops up ( printers and other hardware ).  Click Printers and faxes and that page will have all the printers and faxes ever installed to your computer. Now click on the printer thats yours and then a smaller wider window will appear you will that window will have all the doc/app you have ever tried printing out. the status bar will show what is going on with each doc/app. Now you should first stop all the doc/apps and refresh. To do this you should highlight all the doc/app and then go into the document tab ( there are several tabs in this window such as document , printer, view and help) then click cancel and cancel all the doc/apps. last step is to go into the view tab and click refresh and it should work :-). If not contact your printer manufactor.
