{: ) Did somebody worked on the BCM or your brake pedal? The wirings and connectors could have been knocked off. For the moment. let's just rule out the wiring issue first.
Under normal operations, the stop lamps get its power from the BCM (body control module). The BCM monitors the signals coming from the brake pedal sensor whenever you step on the brakes or not.
The component fix is to replace the brake pedal position sensor. I just hope your problem doesn't come to the point of replacing the BCM too (rarely happens).
But before proceeding with the replacement options, try to bring it to a shop with a GM scan tool and ask them to perform the brake pedal position sensor calibration. This is the quick fix without replacing any component. I hope you get lucky.

Sebring to A Neighborhood Mechanic Due to a ABS light n I took my 2000 Chrysler Sebring to A Neighborhood Mechanic Due to a ABS light n brake light on my dashboard n he told me it was the REAR ABS...

I'm sorry to say you need trained help or a good DIY neighbour to get to the bottom of this.; The ABS sensors on the rear brakes will not lead to air in the brakes or grinding of the brakes. It sounds like you have an ABS pump fault in the main unit. This can cause the brakes to hang up after releasing the pedal. The rear wheel ABS sensors may only need their mounting positions cleaned up and their location to the brake reset, this can be as little as 1-2mm. I'm sorry for your financial situation but you are going to need help and my advice is don't drive the car until you have it fixed. Your life or someone else's is in your hands.

My friend changed da break booster on my 94 chevy s10 p/u. Now da rear lights stays on even if all da light switches is off... need help.

Is it your brake lights? That would be the brake light switch on the brake pedal needing adjustment. If it's your park lights, a different problem-not associated with the work that was done, or shouldn't have affected it, anyway.

They may stay on if your headlights stay on. Try turning your headlights off and see if the break light goes off.

Abs annd brake light stays on

Your brakes would require some testing because there are a couple things that could go wrong that would give you a hard pedal. With regards to your abs light and handbrake light staying on you should get your codes read to give you more info. But they share a common fault. One of the reasons they could both be on is because your skid control ECU is faulty. Otherwise it could be two separate issues.
