If it is totally blank the control panel needs replaced (LED screen)

There is no display on the screen.


if your display on your Xerox phaser 6350 is blank you should replace the control panel (part# 333-4424-00). It's a pretty easy fix, takes about 5 to 10 minutes to install. Just after putting all new toner cartridges, fuser and transfer roller, my Xerox Phaser 6350 now won't print, and the LCD is completely blank.


Could be the Main Formatter board....Are you still getting power?....if you are the main formatter board is most likely the problem....If everything starts up and sounds normal to ready..and you just don't see anything on the screen your control panel is bad....You can call the guys at www.getthatpart.com who have these parts. These guys know their stuff and sell everything for the 6350 from used working units....so you get the parts for half the cost of new. They also have phone number so you can talk to a real person who can help!

Trying to install a new mpt (shootout) assembly for the xerox phaser 6350. Is there a manual/diagram somewhere that I can refer to? Thanks!

Xerox phaser 6350 has stopped printing on two sides. Have document which did print correctly two weeks ago, now does not.


you need to change the settings again on the printer driver itself:) when printing choose the printer and the settings under printer properties

Your Magenta developers are probably failing. Order 116-2009-00 and see if that fixes it.

Display on Xerox Phaser 6350 not working unable to network printer


Defective Control Panel. In early 2006 a defect was found with some of the Phaser Control Panels. This has been corrected in manufacturing and new versions of the control panel placed into inventory. Solution: thumbsup.gif Fixed! thumbsdn.gif Did not fix. Try the Engine Only test print on the rear of the machine. If the print is successful, the display is defective and needs to be replaced. Using the Centerware IS (CWIS) and using the Support Tab will connect you to Knowledgebase for any procedures on how to change this control panel. Contact Product Support, 800-835-6100 for any other questions regarding this issue.
