All my lights are on printer isnt doing anything

Probably a cartridge issue. Get them cheap on ebay. eBayeBay

Well first it could be anything that blew on the device. First thing would be to check the power supply with a volt meter. Touch the barrel and the tip of the power supply and insure its sending the voltage that it specifies on the unit. If it isnt sending power the power supply blew. IF not it could be an internal problem. But let me know what happens from when you test the power supply with a volt meter and we will go from there. Thanks, Midwest-tek.

Reinsert your cartridges after properly cleaning them

Does the "Status Monitor" in your printer display any errors?
Is the printer cover securely closed?
Is any of the LEDs in the printer flashing?
What happened just before the printer stopped working? Did you have a poer failure? Did you install new software or hardware or a Windows update?

Please, report back the status (ON, OFF, BLINKING) of the following LEDs:

TONER
DRUM
PAPER
STATUS

My canon copier pc735 says we have a paper jam- but it does not. We just replaced the cartridge and it wont work. I had them send me a new cartridge, but its the same thing- paper jam. Help!

try to of the power and din open all parts the printer and din close again after that on again did you try it

There is a problem in the power supply of your printer. Send it to the repairing shop for repairing.

1- either there is something stuck on the sensor or
2- the sensor is bad or out of place

Hi, can you help me? This printer was working fine for about 4 months and then in wont print anything anoymore. All it says to do is close the lid, but the dam thing isnt open. I tried opening and closing, removing ink cartrige and even slamming it down but still say door opened?
