i restored my pc using the restore disk and now i have no sound everything
else is working just fine can you tell me whats wrong..I need some sound please help me..

you likely have an additional drivers cd that will contain the sound app / drivers...
There may well be an additional directory on your restore cd that contains the necessary drivers.
