Here is a link for the download page for the drivers. Just enter the model # which is Z715 and select your OS and you can start you reinstall: http://downloads.lexmark.com/perl/downloads/downloads.cgi
Enter your printer name (Z715) and it will take you to the support page for it. Click on Download Driver. Next select your operating system. You can choose the driver or utility software from the next page.
