Hi. There is a Vista driver available for download in the Lexmark website. The driver is compatible with Windows 7. Before downloading, check if your computer is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by going to Start > right click on Computer > Properties. To download, click on this link to the Lexmark website. http://bit.ly/9R9E0w . Then, click on the Microsoft tab on the center of the page.
For 32-bit operating system:
- download cjrX1100EN.exe
For 64-bit operating system:
- download cjsX1100EN.exe
