Please reset your printer:
Press the On button to turn the printer off.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
Remove all the ink cartridges.
Wait two minutes.
Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.
Press the On button to turn the printer on.
Install the ink cartridges when prompted.
If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved.
If the 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel Reset NVROm the system by
1.holding down the OK, Cancel, Black, and Color buttons down simultaneously and turn the 3310 off.
2.Keep holding the buttons down until the printer shuts off and the turn it back on.
3.Youwill have to turn the printer off twice and then it willrecalibrate.System in maintenance Mode do not interub.Systemrestart.Ready to print.
#Make sure you have new cartiges in the printer.
