Not Associated ususally refers to a SSID or wireless network that has MAC
filtering enabled, and your NIC or adapter is not one of those that it
accepts or allow to "assocaite". If you run "ipconfig /all" from the command line you should see that your WiFI adapter has an IP address and gateway/DNS set to the router IP. Try disabling whatever encryption you have on your router, just to see if the network appears.

How do I get (Sabrent NT-WGHU) this wireless usb adapter to work on windows 8.!?

As far as I can tell it should use universal wifi drivers that are built into Windows 7 and above. That said I suspect you may need specific drivers for Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 to make it work correctly. You'll also have to choose it as your main wifi connection once installed over any internal wifi your computer may have. You can find the drivers by searching NT-WGHU at the linked url below. Make sure you click the "windows" banner to get the appropriate driver. http://www.sabrent.com/downloads.php

I have a dell latitude and I am getting a message saying no supported wi fi adaptor available in this system . any idea how to fix it ?

Hi, the issue is with your WIFI Driver. You need to download and install the driver from Dell Website. Open Dell.com, go to Drivers and Downloads. Select your system model and installed Operating System. Click on Networks and download wifi driver from that and install it.

On the wifi button before installing it and reboot once the installation completed.

Get back with the status...

My DLink router DIR 632 Disconnects AOL AIM IM every 10mn or so, i tried changing the ports from 5190 to 443 which use to sole an issue of rapid disconnects/reconnects with a previous router...

It can be the router config... or the WIFI dongle/card, if it is the router config, turn on DMZ in your router config if it is your wifi card follow these directions: go to Start > Control panel > network connections > right click on your network connection and then click on properties > a window will open, you'll see the name of the wifi adapter you have click on the "Configure" button right next to the network adapter's name > click on the advanced options tab then through all your advanced options until you find power saving mode than change it to constantly awake mode or CAM, see if it fixes your problem. Have a nice day

Usb emp audio device cannot start code 10 error message appears in device manager. also usb device does not show up for a device when I launch video studio

Hi lynnembryant,
Your problem seems to be related to the driver your capture card uses. I would recommend updating them.
Here are the links:
For Windows XP, Vista and 7 32 bits : http://sabrent.com/drivers2/USB-AVCPT-32bit-XP-Vista-Win7.zip

For Windows Vista and 7 64 bits : http://sabrent.com/drivers2/USB-AVCPT-64bit-Vista-Win7.zip

You seem to need another driver as well for the audio, here it is : http://sabrent.com/drivers2/USB-AVCPT-USB-EPM-286x.zip

You might also want to check their support website here : http://sabrent.com/support/.

I have a Gateway DX4710-05 with Windows Vista 64-bit and I'm trying to install a PCI HDTV TV Tuner. Everything seems to install ok, but I can't get it to scan for channels. The pci card is from Sabrent. I...

First you need to find out exact model of your TV Tuner. If it is installed it should be in
Start\Control Panel\System\Device Manager\Sound, video and game controllers.
To check installation you can double click it and in tab "General" you will see "This device is working properly" or not.

Knowing the board part number you can check out Sabrent web site for drivers: http://www.sabrent.com/#itemName=&itemID=0&section=Drivers and see if they have a newer one - if yes, then give it a try.

Find my wep key

Oh, sorry I didn't see it in the title before. First, check the dirvers are properly installed for the adapter. Then if you don't have the wep key, connect by cable or other computer connected to your router (better by cable, as you can have restricted access to router setup menu from wi-fi). The WEP will be in WIFI config. section. If you cant log in to your router, try export the config profile out from another wifi connected PC and import it into new device wifi config software (if they support the same profiles). If nothing of this helped, you can still reset the router (find in manual- most often disconnect from power and push reset button for about 10 seconds) and setup WIFI with new WEP key. Don't forget to write the wep down. If WEP is not your problem but connectivity of the adapter to internet or network at all, describe the problem more deeply
