Office 2007 excel is not printing what is in print preview. Why?

If you are able to create and print new documents in Word 2010 then I would not do anything to the Word 2010 installation. However, if the problem is with printing only then it might be best to check of the printer driver installed on the Word 2010 computer is working ok. Also try a Print Preview before you print to see how it looks on the PC screen.
Otherwise it may be simply a compatibility issue of the document created in Word 2007. Open it in Word 2010 and save as a new file. Then open the new file and do a Print preview before printing.

if your printer is already, click file -> print, then do you hear the voice from printer. if not, your printer is not boot.
and you said your preview is blank. you not load the page with content. I guess you don't have the right to print it.

The Smart Technologies Notebook Version 11 software certainly seems to be the culprit. Taking the cue from Bob Cochran, this is what is what I did and the problem has stopped. Open Excel and click on the Office button at the top left. Then Click on Excel options. Click on Add-ins. In the "Manage" window, select COM Add-ins and click Go. In the COM Add-ins window uncheck SMARTInk-Excel-All and click OK and "poof" problem gone!!!

Get your Worksheet Copy ready in Microsoft Excel. Go to Option and click on Print (if you are using MS-Office 2010) or Click on Print Preview (if you are using MS-Office 2007) to get a preview of your copy ( i.e. what you are going to print just now). If you want to print it directly, press Ctrl+P to get started with printing your copy and click on Print option (for both Office 2007 & 2010).

Try to do a print preview from excel.
What you see is what you should get since word is working properly.

If the print preview is leaving stuff out, you need to modify the page layout in page setup

When you click quick print from the MS Word 2007, usually it will go to MS One Note 2007. I have tried printing from the Word and it was successfull. Perhaps, if that doesn't work going to quick print, try to pass through print preview and make some adjustments on the printing setup and set your printer on default mode.

In the view tab make sure your page break preview is set correctly.

This seems like a print driver problem. You may have to get an updated driver for your printer for Msoffice 2007.
