If they're green, that's normal. IF they turn amber, there's a problem. The lights don't indicate whether the power supply is working or not. If you get no sound, the power supply in the amp may have failed.

The amp seems to have a problem with the protection circuit. There's no wiring fault that would cause the thermal light to be red if the amp was cold. The amp will need to be repaired.

I have an artificial pre-lit Everstar 7 1/2' slim montana pine tree. One of the screw holes in the base stand is stripped and allows the tree to tilt. Where can I find a replacement stand? The tree...

Call Everstar customer service 1800 833-3390 They do NOT have a website. I think because they are a bunch of retired christmas elves without internet service.

Artificial Christmas tree comes in 3 parts A B C

You can probably find instructions online, depending on the maker. What kind/brand of tree is it? Do each of the power cords plug into the next one down, or is there a large multi-tap outlet somewhere (either halfway up the tree or at the base)?

We purchased an Everstar pre-lit Christmas Tree and we can not locate the manual or instructions that came with the tree any help since half the tree doesn't light up and all the plugs are plugged in....

I have a 3 piece Everstar 7/12 slim pine and here are the plug portion of the assemblly instructions . "1) connect the plug(A1) of string with the end cord (B1) of string. 2) Insert the plug (B2 & C1) of string into the wall outlet. 3) After the plugs are plugged into the wall outlet your entire tree should be lit. If some bulbs do not light, search for any loose plugs, broken, loose or missing bulbs that may have caused the problem."
My illustration shows the A1 in the top section of the tree while B1 is in the middle section. Both the middle section and bottom section get plugged into the wall or extension cord. Hope this helps

No charge for xbox wireless headphones

There should be lights on the front of the headset's transmitter box. Are these lit up?
Also, there should be a "palm tree" icon on the left earcup of the headset. When you turn on the headset from the POWER button, the palm tree should flash about once a second. Is it flashing?
If not, you may need to "pair" the headset to the transmitter.
