Yes, the backlight is a separate part. It can be removed from the LCD and replaced.
The following video shows how to replace the backlight in a Sony camera.

According to the review features of Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T10 Digital Camera, this camera doesn't have a feature for superimposing date/time on images, however you can print images with the date superimposed, So by default u cannot put the time or date stamp on your images, but after taken the images you can manually put the stamp and can print the images.

My dsc-t10 camera shows e:62:10 Problem with the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T10 Digital Camera

Press the MENU button to bring up the main menu. Select Settings 1 (toolbox icon and digit 1). Select the "A" icon. Select the desired language.

1. Turn OFF camera
2. Remove the battery or the power supply
3. Turn the switch to CAMERA for about 30 sec
4. Turn the switch to OFF
5. Install the battery or power supply
6. Turn the switch to MEMORY
7. Open the LCD cover and press the RESET button ( small inner button )
8. You will be prompt to adjust date/time. Do it
9. Your problem should be solved

If you have the manual of the DSC-T10 Camera please refer to the page number 64.
Then, set the USB CONNECT option to PTP. Then, try transferring the videos.
Please make sure that the Camera is not connected to the Computer while performing the steps.
After performing the steps connect the Camera to the Computer which should resolve the issue.

Hello, this error message means that there is an melfunction in angular velocity sensor, peripheral cicuits. Simply speaking steady shot function does not work well. Please contact nearest Sony Dealer. Best regards, Arpi
