Hello,
I have the same problem too and I have been in discussions for several months with the technical support of Sony without results.
I found over a hundred forums like this one where users are desperate to find a solution ! I'm so upset that I created a micro-website on http://sony-e-62-10.atspace.cc/ and a YouTube channel to document all this !
I also documented the workaround that was circulating on the Internet but seems to have disappeared...take a look at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPZUiFciMAuM3PhX7zc-PkQ/featured
I hope it will help you

Sony DSC-T9 camera scrren blurry after drop

I'm sorry to say that you'll probably be able to replace the 6MP camera with a better one for less than the cost of repair, even if attempting the repair yourself.

Flashing E61:10

Just remove the casing and spray 3m anti-static electronic cleaner stuff inside and around and dry with a cloth carefully. Then dry with a fan. Put casing back on. Works as good as new!
