Is your 68D44 lamp the Califa 21 1/2" high bronze textured outdoor post light, https://www.lampsplus.com/products/califa-21-and-one-half-inch-high-bronze-textured-glass-outdoor-post-light__68d44.html . There are four screws that hold the frame (the top section) to the body. These are close to the top of the body of the lamp. Once you remove the screws, lift up the frame part of the fixture. Now you can remove the bulb and put in a new one. Place the frame back on the body of the light and replace the screws.
